October 24, 2023As we welcomed 2022, it seemed that this year, God would open the door to send a team to Tanzania (TZ). Yet, travel was still complicated: Covid testing, possible quarantine upon entering Tanzania, and a negative test to re-enter the United States. Then in June, Pastor Mary Jo Kraft (MJ), Helena Valley Faith Center, committed to meet me in TZ in September. Next, Merideth Randles, a prior CT Board member who served on the mission team in 2010, arranged to join us. The U.S. lifted testing requirements for re-entry. With visas approved, Covid documents in hand, travel for the U.S. Team was set.

June 27, 2018CT’s ministry team arrived in Tanzania with the objective of drilling 6 new wells and visiting established well sites.
We oversaw drilling in the villages of Gutumbwa and Puna, and had the privilege of dedicating both wells. The well in Puna was dedicated in honor of John Henry Cook. [...]
September 1, 2016Our hydro-geologist, David Theonest, reports that the drought in this area is so severe that villages have rationed water. Families are allowed only one bucket of water per day and livestock are only watered every three days.
We have had to re-drill in some if the villages because of dry holes or insufficient flow. Please pray for the Lord’s favor as they re-drill at Busekwa tomorrow and survey Shilima and Kukaniji. [...]
