As we welcomed 2022, it seemed that this year, God would open the door to send a team to Tanzania (TZ). Yet, travel was still complicated: Covid testing, possible quarantine upon entering Tanzania, and a negative test to re-enter the United States. Then in June, Pastor Mary Jo Kraft (MJ), Helena Valley Faith Center, committed to meet me in TZ in September. Next, Merideth Randles, a prior CT Board member who served on the mission team in 2010, arranged to join us. The U.S. lifted testing requirements for re-entry. With visas approved, Covid documents in hand, travel for the U.S. Team was set.
